Both building muscle and burning fat are heavily dependent on how you are eating. You can still improve both your health and fitness even if you are not eating perfectly, but your diet needs to be spot on if you want an exceptionally lean or muscular body.

This is complicated stuff, but I have tried to simplify it as much as possible, so that anyone can have success with their nutrition.
