Frequently Asked Questions

It’s pretty simple actually. After you purchase one of the programs above you will be taken to a secure page where you can download the Fitness Evaluation, PAR-Q and Release of Liability Forms. Complete, sign, and return these three documents back to me (email or fax). After submitting these files you will receive the reading materials for the program. Read through those materials while I review your Fitness Evaluation and design your training program. Please allow up to 48 hours for your program to be completed. Once you receive your training program you will be primed and ready to get fit once and for all.

YES! The Force One Fitness Ultimate Training Programs are based on the most cutting edge training and nutrition strategies and specifically designed to give the best results without wasting time, money, or energy. Even if you incorporated just one of the three nutrition strategies I teach, you would lose fat and improve your health, without even adding exercise. Once you understand how your body really works it is as simple as hitting switches “stop fat storage,” “turn on fat burning,” “build muscle,” “increase metabolism,” etc.

Simple? Yes. Easy? No. It takes a lot of determination to push yourself on every workout. It takes a lot of discipline to make good food choices day in and day out. Your program will be designed to be as effective as possible using the equipment you have available. Obviously the more equipment you have available to you the better your results are going to be, but you can still get great results even with no equipment at all.

NO! NO! NO! If you are spending money on supplements you NEED to buy the Force One Fitness Training Program. Supplements account for such a tiny percentage of your overall results that it is completely absurd to waste any time or money on them, especially if you haven’t mastered your nutrition or training. The only “supplements” I ever recommend are green tea and protein powder (which I barely consider supplements), a healthy meal replacement shake for people that are always on the go, and occasionally creatine to any male clients looking to get extra beefy. Even that stuff isn’t necessary though. The bottom line is that you can build an amazing body simply by training hard and eating smart.

Health is probably the most simple component of any fitness program. Pretty much any exercise or activity done in moderation will improve health and function of the body. Similarly and positive changes you make to your eating habits will do the same. Improving health, mood, and function of the body are all implicit parts of the Force One Fitness Ultimate Training Programs.
