WHAT IS FORCE ONE FITNESS?

Force One Fitness is my personal approach to fitness. It is a result of over 10 years of education, research, and training. At its core, Force One Fitness is all about training hard and eating right to improve yourself as a whole and enrich your quality of life.

Throughout my career I have seen one main factor that separates those who are successful with their fitness goals from those who are not. That factor is KNOWLEDGE. Knowledge of the best types of exercise, knowledge of healthy eating habits, knowledge of what it actually takes to build a better body.

Unfortunately the average person does not have this knowledge. The populations of developed countries are getting fatter and fatter and our leading causes of death are diseases that are entirely preventable through fitness. Awareness of these problems has certainly increased over the years, but things still continue to get worse and worse. People are still wasting countless hours doing exercise that won’t produce results. People are still wasting billions of dollars on supplements and diet plans that don’t work. People are still making the same poor food choices that led to the weight gain in the first place.

The mission of Force One Fitness is to change the way the world views fitness by sharing my fitness knowledge and providing people with reliable source for fitness information. I want to raise the bar on what is considered “common knowledge” and teach people exactly what they need to know to build a body that is fit, healthy and full of life.

There are articles, videos, and a multitude of other tools to help you reach your fitness goals. For those of you in the Sacramento area, I offer Free Fitness Classes and Personal Training teaching the exact same concepts taught on this site.

I will regularly update and improve this site, continuing to add free and reliable fitness information from myself and other top fitness experts.  I will also keep myself up to date on the latest research so that I can continue to provide you with the best possible fitness information. Thank you for your interest in Force One Fitness, the future of fitness!

Quick Fit Tips

Are you getting enough protein in your diet? Protein is a critical nutrient that is used by the body for a vast multitude of purposes, one of the most important being muscle repair. Individuals engaging in regular exercise should aim to get roughly 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, per day (a little more for men and a little less for women) Lean meats, eggs, fish, protein powders, cottage cheese, and soy are all excellent protein sources.
